Turn on location services on your device or enter a specific location in the app to find service providers near you. You can also filter by category, price, or rating to find the best match for your needs.

1. Browse our app and choose the service provider that meets your needs

2. Select ‘Book Now’ on their profile, choose the date and time that you’d like for your appointment then provide your contact details.

3. You can either pay a deposit (amount determined by the service provider) or pay the full amount in advance. If you choose to pay a deposit the remaining amount must be paid in cash at the appointment.

4. You’ll receive a booking confirmation which includes all the details of your upcoming appointment!

While you can't reschedule appointments directly through the app, you can cancel anytime and rebook the desired appointment. Just keep in mind that service providers set their own cancellation notice periods (24, 48, or 72 hours). If you cancel within the required notice period, your deposit will be refunded. If not, the deposit becomes non-refundable. We recommend checking the provider’s policy on their profile before booking to avoid any surprises.

You can view and manage your appointments directly in the app under ‘Manage Bookings’ on your Profile. This allows you to cancel an appointment if necessary. Please remember that the service provider’s booking policy applies, if an appointment is cancelled outside of the notice period it will not be refunded unless the appointment is cancelled by the service provider.

After your appointment, you can leave a review by going to the service provider's profile and selecting the option to write a review. Your feedback helps other clients make informed decisions!
