No, we understand that some of our service providers work from home and would like to protect their privacy. When setting up your profile, simply select ‘I would not like my full address shown on my profile’ and you will be given the option to enter the location you’d like to appear on your profile. The location of the appointment will only be sent to clients 48 hours before the appointment date.

We cut your admin in half so that you don’t have to spend time dealing with numerous messages from clients. This is done by ensuring they have all the information they need to book directly from your profile. We only share your email address with clients once they have made a booking in case they need to contact you directly regarding the appointment.

Yes! Each service provider gets a unique booking link that can be shared with clients who don’t have the app. When they click the link, they’ll be taken to a webpage version of your profile, where they can view your services, availability, and book an appointment—just like they would in the app! This makes it easy for clients to book with you, no matter where they are.

You are able to provide clients with two options when booking, they can either pay a deposit (amount determined by you) then the remainder is paid in cash at the appointment. The second option is they can pay the full amount in advance through the app. With both options once the appointment is booked, the amount earned will be added to your Beauty Spot wallet as a pending amount, once you mark the appointment as finished you’ll be able to withdraw this straight to your bank account.
