Once you mark an appointment as complete, the payment is transferred to your connected payment account, less the applicable transaction fee. Your payment provider’s payout schedule determines when it reaches your bank.
What happens if a client cancels or doesn’t show up?
Your cancellation policy determines whether a cancelled booking is refundable. Payments are non-refundable when a client cancels outside your permitted notice period. No-shows are handled according to your applicable booking policy.

If you cancel an appointment, any payment the client made through Beauty Spot is refunded. The associated provider transaction fee is reversed.
