Simply download the Beauty Spot app on the App Store or Google Play Store. Select "I'm a Client" and sign up using your email, Apple ID or Google account.

Once your account is set up, you can start discovering beauty service providers, booking appointments and saving your favourites in the app.

Turn on location services on your device or enter a specific location in the app to find service providers near you. You can also filter by category, price, or rating to find the best match for your needs.

Beauty Spot allows you to discover and book a wide range of beauty services across the UK, including, hair, nails, makeup, brows & lashes, skincare and hair removal.

Available services may vary depending on your location and the service providers currently on the platform.

• Browse our app and choose the service provider that meets your needs

• Select ‘Book Now’ on their profile, then choose your preferred date and time.

• Enter your details and complete your booking by either paying a deposit (set by the service provider) or paying in full upfront.

• If you choose to pay a deposit the remaining amount must be paid in cash at the appointment.

• You’ll receive a booking confirmation with all the details of your upcoming appointment!

You can view and manage your appointments directly in the app under ‘Manage Bookings’ on your Profile. This allows you to cancel an appointment if necessary. Please remember that the service provider’s booking policy applies, if an appointment is cancelled outside of the notice period it will not be refunded unless the appointment is cancelled by the service provider.

While you can't reschedule appointments directly through the app, you can cancel anytime and rebook the desired appointment. Just keep in mind that service providers set their own cancellation notice periods (24, 48, or 72 hours). If you cancel within the required notice period, your deposit will be refunded. If not, the deposit becomes non-refundable. We recommend checking the provider’s policy on their profile before booking to avoid any surprises.

After your appointment, you can leave a review by going to the service provider's profile and selecting the option to write a review. Your feedback helps other clients make informed decisions!

Each service provider's profile includes important booking information directly on their profile to help answer any questions before you book.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you'll also receive a booking confirmation email containing the service provider's contact email for any booking related queries.
